In this hands-on children’s workshop, young artists will paint and decorate a 4×4 wooden planter box, adding cheerful colors and heart-inspired details. There will be lots of embellishments like hearts, bows, stickers, and ribbons to choose from. Once their box is complete, each child will plant a small succulent to take home.
The workshop gives children the chance to create a unique present for someone special or keep the pot for themselves and start a succulent collection, just like Ruth.
Staff will help your child get started but this is not an instructor led workshop. Individuality and self-expression are encouraged.
Note that parent or caregiver needs to stay with the child during the workshop. Estimate 30-60 minutes of creativity.
Selection of succulents might be different on the day of the workshop from the plant pictured in photo.
