Accessibility

Tri-Valley Events is operated by Cresalto LLC. References to "we," "us," or "our" below refer to Cresalto LLC.

We want Tri-Valley Events to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who navigate with a keyboard, a screen reader, or other assistive technology. Accessibility is part of how we build and maintain the site.

The standard we follow

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA — the current version of the international standard most widely referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and similar laws. Conformance is an ongoing effort, not a one-time certificate. We believe this site substantially meets WCAG 2.2 AA as of the date above.

How we test

We combine automated and manual testing, because automated tools alone only catch part of what matters:

  • Automated scans with axe-core across representative pages (home, event listings, an event detail page, the sign-in and account forms, and our content and legal pages).
  • Manual keyboard checks — tab order, a visible focus indicator on every control, and making sure focused content is not hidden behind the sticky header.
  • Checks for color contrast, layout reflow down to a 320 px screen, and reduced-motion behavior.

What we work toward

Across the site, we aim to provide:

  • Meaningful alternative text for images.
  • Full keyboard operability with a clear, visible focus ring.
  • A clear page structure — a main landmark, a logical heading order, and labeled form fields.
  • Colors chosen to meet AA contrast.
  • Respect for the system "reduced motion" setting.

Where gaps can still appear

A few areas depend on third-party content or services we don't fully control, and may not always meet the same standard:

  • Embedded maps (for example, the Google Maps view on an event page, which loads only after you consent).
  • Images and descriptions submitted by event organizers, where alternative text quality can vary.
  • Sign-in with Google, which is provided by Google.

If any of these block you, contact us and we'll help you get the same information or service another way.

Tell us about a barrier

If you run into something that's hard or impossible to use, please email contact@trivalley.events. Tell us the page and what went wrong. We aim to respond within five business days, and we'll work with you to provide what you need through another channel if necessary.

About this statement

This reflects our good-faith effort to meet WCAG 2.2 AA and the accessibility expectations of the ADA. It is not a legal guarantee, and it is not a certification by any third party. We review and update it as the site and the standards evolve.
