Our goal for this fundraiser is to raise over $24,000 with an expected attendance of close to 300 attendees! Funds raised during this charity event will support two primary beneficiaries whose focus is on “At Risk Youth”. These two organizations are:
New Day for Children: Since 2009, this organization has provided restorative care for youth ages 10–18 recovering from the trauma of sex trafficking
Agape Village: Since 1958, Agape Village has served more than 6,000 of California’s most vulnerable youth by providing safe foster and adoptive homes and comprehensive support services
Funds raised will also support (but not limited to):
Teen Job Fair: Connecting students with local business leaders through mock interviews and workshops
Children’s Emergency Food Bank: Providing food and essential resources to families in crisis
Student Art: K-12 art contest judged by local artists
Back-To-School Supplies: Providing students with the tools they need for a successful academic year
Blue Star Moms: Supporting mothers of active-duty service members through care packages
College Scholarships: Assisting local seniors who plan to attend college or vocational school

Children ages 4-9 listen quietly to recorded stories and then briefly discuss the books while building with Lego. Parents may come in to the Mount Diablo Room at the end of the program…
