Babies from birth to 12 months, sitting on their caregiver's lap, will enjoy songs, action rhymes, and playtime, and share a book together in each lively session. This class provides babies with the opportunity to hear language and encourages young families to get to know one another. During the warmer months, please bring your own blanket to classes held outside on the library lawn. If inclement weather occurs, class will be moved inside. An indoor Stay and Play session (time to play and socialize) will follow at 10:45 a.m. Registration is not required. Summer Learning for all ages is on through August 4, 2026. Everyone receives a free book just for signing up! Register at Livermore.beanstack.org or on the Beanstack app. Paper gameboards are also available at all Livermore Library locations. Participants who track their reading and activities will earn raffle tickets towards drawings for prizes. Thanks to Friends of the Livermore Library and our other partners for making the Summer Learning program and events possible.
