The Bankhead proudly welcomes the Branford Marsalis Quartet and Dianne Reeves for a once-in-a-lifetime tribute honoring the centennial of John Coltrane. Celebrating 100 years since the birth of one of jazz’s most transcendent voices, this extraordinary evening revisits Coltrane’s landmark 1963 collaboration with Johnny Hartman, music of breathtaking beauty, intimacy, and soul. Fresh from their tribute album release on Blue Note Records, these jazz luminaries bring this timeless repertoire to life on The Bankhead stage for an unforgettable night of elegance, artistry, and reverence.
