Improve your relaxation, posture & energy flow Eight Brocades is a popular set of Qigong exercises. It is easy to learn and may support overall health and relaxation. Instructor Jing Liu will guide you through gentle stand-and-follow postures. The exercises are designed for all fitness levels, including people with movement limitations. Benefits of this practice: Beginner-friendly and suitable for many ages and abilitiesYou may notice right away that it helps improve breathing, reduce stress, and increase energy Can be done in small spaces with no equipmentSimple enough to practice on your own This class is a low-impact, mindful way to stay active. No previous experience is required. Wear comfortable clothing and bring water. Library staff may take photos, videos, or audio recordings at our events.
