Begin with 60 minutes of gentle, flowing movement designed to build warmth, release tension, and connect breath to movement, followed by 15 minutes of deeply restorative yin postures to slow the body and quiet the mind. Surrounded by the warm scent of oak and the soft glow of candlelight, this immersive practice invites relaxation, presence, and a sense of calm you can carry with you long after the class ends.
