Intermediate ESL Book Club - Number the Stars

Rianne Hastie Adams will lead an intermediate ESL Book Club for Number the Stars by Lois Lowry. This book club is best for intermediate English learners. Students will read at home each week. Then we will meet as a group once a week to talk about the story, learn new vocabulary, and practice conversation. Meeting dates: April 24; May 1, 8, 15, 22 Meeting time: Fridays 11:30am - 12:30pm Where: Literacy Table Registration is open now! Book club is limited to 10 participants. Books will be provided for registered participants to keep. Please consider your schedule and do not register if you will miss more than one meeting.
